Academic Staff

Senior Teaching Fellow

The Senior Teaching Fellow (Academic Level C) position focuses on teaching and learning.  The applicant is expected to have a very significant record of high quality teaching at tertiary level and to take a leadership role in teaching and learning and curriculum development. This position will be expected to teach financial accounting and/or management accounting and/or auditing and assurance services and/or accounting information systems, and to be subject coordinator, assist with curriculum development and provide a rich learning experience for students.

It is expected that applicants will have a postgraduate qualification (or an equivalent combination of experience and qualifications) in accounting or closely related area, substantial tertiary level teaching experience and a record of high quality teaching.

Teaching Fellow

The Teaching Fellow (Academic Level B) position focuses on teaching and learning.  The applicant is expected to have a record of high quality teaching at tertiary level and a commitment to teaching and learning. This position will be expected to teach financial accounting and/or management accounting and/or auditing and assurance services and/or accounting information systems, and have the ability to be subject coordinator, assist with curriculum development and provide a rich learning experience for students.

It is expected that applicants will have a postgraduate qualification (or an equivalent combination of experience and qualifications) in accounting or closely related area, tertiary level teaching experience and a record of high quality teaching.
